I received my Ph.D. from Stony Brook University in 2013, under the direction of Peter J. Manning and Susan Scheckel, and am currently transforming my dissertation on Romantic epistolarity into a book, tentatively titled Serial Imagination: The Epistolary Condition of Romantic Authority, 1784–1855.

As a Marion L. Brittain postdoctoral fellow in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication at Georgia Tech, I teach the Writing and Communication Program’s multimodal composition curriculum through the lens of my academic specialties in transatlantic Romanticism, poetry and poetics, and media studies.
